I once went to an England Portugal friendly at Wemberlee (Pre '94 World Cup I think) with a couple of mates, while we were on a course in That London, and we were about to go and purchase our £30 tickets, when some bloke asks us if we fancied 3 tickets free of charge in the VIP area. Naturally suspicious we ummed and arred but eventually agreed only to find out it was Dennis' dad and we were surrounded by his entire extended family. Now at the time of course, I hated the little git, but it was a bit difficult to express this when Uncle Killer and Cousin Psycho were sat behind us. "Farkin kill him Den, go on sarn", "Cam on you norvern cant, get the ball to are Den" ..... "Well played Dennis" whimpered three soft lads from Leeds eventually!!!
