I think the point here should be that Wise seems to know what he is
doing/what he wants.

I don't think we would have sold Killa if either he himself didn't want to
go OR Wise thought the TEAM would benefit from him being in it.

I suspect, had we been mid table/safe from relegation that Wise wouldn't
have agreed to the sale.

I suspect, that as we are not, that Wise sees the benefit of the money we
get for Killa being spent on 2 or 3 new players - be that transfer fees
and/or wages.

Quite simply, I suspect that Killa was a luxury we couldn't afford. Wise is
trying to put together a fit/quick battling SQUAD, so comparing Killa to any
individual is moot. What you should instead do is say Killa = Heath, Sa,
Elliot, Flo...

Would I rather have Killa in the side/squad with Butler/Gregan, or no Killa
but Flo, Sa, Elliot & Heath?

Most of our problems have been with the lack of decent competition in the
squad, I would suggest that the average quality of our squad and defence in
particular has risen dramatically since Wise came in.

Of course, not every signing he makes will work, but he has to do/try
something doesn't he, cos before he came we were shipping an average of 3+
goals a game, playing shite and there wasn't any sign of improvement or
light at the end of the tunnel.

In an ideal world we could have kept Killa, but I personally rue the sale of
Milner and Lennon a hundred times more.
