I suspect that one (or more) of the posters is really John Le Carre under an assumed name (ho, ho - I *do* know that J Le C is a pseudonym ;o)) just testing the water for the plot of his next totally unbelievable mega-thriller.
It seems there may be a few buyers on the list - perhaps he has got a few ideas, too. Is the list able to claim copyright?
