Which is a fair point if we are to believe anything Papa Smurf says. The quote from Blackwell was whilst Gray was still here on loan the first time so I tend to think it is likely to have been true at the time. However Gray did get sent off and suspended for 3 of the 10 games he was with us so maybe that muckied his copy book with Blackwell. Another good result this weekend shame the performance wasn't a patch on last Friday nights. We were very lucky to get 3 points and very lucky that Southend seem to have imploded. I'll take lucky results over performances anytime - though I'm not sure every one will.
