Well, it all depends on your perception of functioning. If your definition of functioning means that we are a coherent body [list] collaborating towards a common goal [sharing the joys of supporting Leeds United] then I doubt if the list is functioning. If, however, you have a broader concept of functioning [viz the list exists] then an argument might be made [arguments are a particular function(sic) of this list] that the list is indeed functioning. Of course, my interpretation of your query is that you were asking a profound question. Have I passed the List test?
