Lots of reasons but this is irrelevant. The KPMG NDA was signed by the
chairman of the Trust. The clubs NDA was not produced or signed because it
became irrelevant.

AFAIK The Trust has done everything possible to acknowledge to both Mr Bates
and KPMG that they are anything but big boys at the table. In fact this was
something of a mutually shared joke between the Trust and Mr Bates. There is
no pretence involved, just the stark reality.

but you were not told this

What makes you think this ?

I think you must be looking into a mirror.
