Dear Mr Franks,

I do hope that you were misquoted in the YEP recently when you stated

> "The amount of money that Redbus intended to put into Leeds United would
also mean our
> company would be in big trouble if Leeds stayed outside the Premiership.
In fact, we'd
> probably go bust. That's the reality of how serious we are."

If not I seriously fear for your companies future under your management.

Unless you have been under a rock for the past 6 years you would know that
kind of idiotic cavalier attitude, primarily by Peter Ridsdale, is exactly
why the club I love and have supported for most of my life has been dragged
down to the level we are at.

How on earth could you even suggest gambling the future of your business
and, even worse in my eyes, MY CLUB, on whether or not we can make it back
into the Premiership within a few years - no-one can guarantee that and any
shareholder would have to understand it is a risk of the greatest order.

Please leave my football club to those who understand the game and have some
experience and understand that investments or tens of millions of pounds
cannot guarantee success and that for a football club failure is not just
the loss of jobs for the hard working staff, but also tearing out of the
hearts of the many thousands of people.

Regards,

Richard Naef
