It might be argued as a chicken and egg situation, to begin with; however I'm not going to go there. What I will say is that the way in which such a terrible act, in which thousands of innocent lives, were lost (and many thousands, if not millions more left scarred whether physically or mentally) has been politicized and dragged up time and again to shield other motives and agendas, mask issues of wrongdoing and worst of all to boost sagging poll numbers, might be seen as another and more cynical act of terrorism. I'll grant you that, "Some fear is real"...but some is imagined... both are often manipulated. Hence the reference...
