At least the fat mancunian alleged racist supported a mancunian team and he was one of the funniest men who's ever graced a stage; I have the side splitting broken ribs, having seen him on several occasions, to prove it! In similar vein, I've always thought Jim Davidson was a thatcherite c**t (and still do), but having seen him live during his alcohol fuelled days almost 15 years ago, I had to admit the guy's bloody funny.
