I can only conclude that you really do not have very much of an idea of what you are posting about. How anyone can say that the 1% FACT is a load of tosh is barely credible. Do you know anything at all about the share issue to dilute somebodys investment security and then the liquidation of that company when this was legally challenged ? Obviously not or you would not be able to write what you write. You can ring fence and legally protect investments all you like but when somebody ignores it then your only recourse is to the courts. Does this not sound in the least bit familiar to you ?
