I think KPMG make a decision tomorrow @ noon. When the winning bidder gets to find out we (mere mortals) don't know. Franks was on sky sports a little earlier saying that KPMG couldn't/wouldn't tell him. He also said they weren't given assurances about such assets of the club as season ticket money. But didn't KPMG say last week that the money was ring fenced and safe?
Then again, Franks didn't mention anything about Morris joining the bid, in fact he said their bid was lower than last time because of these unknown factors and that they were taking a huge risk, so who knows what the real picture is. Sky Sports also said that apparently 'all' lufc need to do is show them proof that the club has the funds in place to last the full season and they will then grant the golden wonder, whether we are in admin or not. I hope this can be done in their next meeting on Thursday. That would mean the new owner having been announced by KPMG before then. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:leedslist- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dr Michael Benjamin > Sent: 09 July 2007 19:05 > To: John Boocock; LUList > Subject: [LU] And the latest info is > > ? > Michael > > -- > Dr Michael Benjamin, > myRay: For peace of mind, > http://www.myray.com > http://www.MyDoctorExplains.com > > Cyber Psychiatry > ----- > _______________________________________________ > the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list > administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions > of contributors. > Leedslist mailing list > [email protected] > http://list.zetnet.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist > Join The Leeds United Supporters Trust at www.lufctrust.org _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
