correctish, but HMRC still have an outstanding court case, due to reopen on
1st Sept, which is a sword of damocles hanging over these proceeding.

Sky interviewed a Business consultant with some experience in the matter
and he reckons it is a very tough call for KPMG, who need to make a decision
quickly, which he reckons means within a couple of days!  He reckoned the
larger conditional bid would probably not be acceptable because the
conditions would increase the time before a deal was done and they cannot
continue as administrators for much longer without the business collapsing.
