Rick, genuine question - did Levi put money into Leeds after Bates took control?
Or was it that part of the offer Bates made was that Levi got (or retained) shares? I don't doubt Levi had a (financial) interest in LUFC, but I wasn't aware he invested whilst Bates was in control. > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:leedslist- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of RickD > Sent: 12 July 2007 10:06 > To: leedslist > Subject: Re: [LU] LU: I'm a bit confused > > ----- Original Message ----- > >> Good points mate > >> Whats to stop them "investing" with bates??? > >> Pettines??? > >> or No access to the land??? > > The reason is down to established track records and experience. > Levi invested, so more shares were issued to dilute the security for > that > investment, and when challenged (legally) the company.was wound up > leaving > the investment worthless. > I know less about Matthiew Hardings investments. > > > _______________________________________________ > the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list > administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions > of contributors. > Leedslist mailing list > [email protected] > http://list.zetnet.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist > Join The Leeds United Supporters Trust at www.lufctrust.org _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
