Amazing how therepeutic deleting several hundred 'takeover' emails can be :-)
I don't know if Beast now wins, or can there be further challenge from the
Inland Revenue? If Beast now has it, then that is that. I wonder what the
agreement about paying tax is? I wonder how much more, if any, the small
shareholders might get? From an outsiders viewpoint i.e. mine, I find KPMGs
silence very convenient, but then I'm not a business lawyer etc.
Moving on, I wonder what stunts he'll pull next against the fans, the media,
the local MPs, anyone who disagrees with him. You can be sure that his is a
mouth he just can't keep shut!
Thanks to Rick, Betty, Mark and others for providing info - it wasn't always
clear, but then what a confusing bag of sh*te this has been :-)
