It seems the 'only' positive for remaining in a CVA is automatically getting
the GS at the end of it.

The negative includes a potential lengthy, costly court case plus pissing
off the creditors in question.

Add this to the fact that ultimately the FL are not going to throw Leeds out
of the league (or rather not not let us rejoin), and the non-CVA repurchase
gives Bates quiet possession of the club, there is no way Bates will not go
down the non-CVA route.  It is then left in the FL hands as to whether they
destroy LUFC or not.
