PS This isn't a question of being a Bates apologist or not. It is about wanting to move forward.
Whingeing and crying about Bates winning control again isn't going to allow for the team on the pitch to have a fair crack at promotion next season. Once again we (the supporters) seem to be stuck in the middle of handbags between, now, the FL and KPMG. Moaning about Bates isn't going to change that. Apportioning blame isn't going to change that. The FL can change that. As a side point, FL said that the HMRC had a valid case and it should be upheld or defeated. Huh? It relates to the CVA which was scrapped. They have a valid case over something that no longer exists.
