I think there are certain conditions relating to how much can be spent on players in terms of transfer fees and wages, probably based on a percentage of turnover, that a club exiting admin has to agree to. I would read these as positive signals from the FL, giving them justification to give KB his golden share back, and allowing the FL to have a gripe at KPMG rather than LUFC. Gut feeling, no more.
