A debatable point but the technicality is probably too fine to define on
here.

It quite clearly does no such thing, the golden share and thus the football
league have now been made the focus of your, Mark H and Mark B's ire. You
have been manipulated into conveniently forgetting who put us into
administration and who refused to accept ANY cva unless it was Bates'. You
appear to have conveniently forgotten that these two groups were and
probably still are intrinsically linked and have so obviously manipulated
the situation so that they and they alone remained in control of the club to
the DETRIMENT of the club.
You also conveniently forget that Bates and Astor were HAPPY to see the club
go under if Bates lost out, in fact they both threatened it on more than one
occasion. Good job they are our saviours, isn't it?
