Now there is a bloody good question! And here is an analogy: - Someone, lets call him Ken, buys a car for next to nowt. He gets it so cheap because it's service history is nil. The lack of service history is because one of its 3 previous owners, Peter, didn't ever get it serviced. 18 months after buying the car the big end goes. Is it Peter's fault or Ken's? I'd say it was Ken's he had plenty of opportunity to get the car checked over, serviced and repaired. There have also been 2 more owners since Peter, who all promised to get the car back to its best again, and didn't.
