I think the problem here is whether Leeds United is still in administration
or not.
KPMG sold the 'business' to FSF and thus the administration should have
ended.
LUAFC has no assets, excepting the players registrations and the golden
share, it has no staff, no lease on Elland Road or Thorp Arch, no
telephones, no desks etc etc
LUAFC is run, at the moment, by Richard Fleming who I'm sure doesn't have a
coaching badge of any kind and wouldn't really be disposed to picking a team
for the Tranmere game either.
Leeds United was not bought through a CVA which contravenes FL rules even
though the FL realised that a better settlement for creditors would be
obtained through a sale rather than a CVA.
It's all a bloody mess to be right honest.
