They might want it, but as soon as they issue winding up orders they know
they aint getting 100% of their debt.  Any chance of ever getting that ended
the day they lost preferential status.

Anyhow, this point has been covered, apparently it was poor reporting, they
want 100% of the offer money to be shared out amongst all creditors
including football.
