Both of course - to Google it in the first place you have to be aware
enough of your facts to be sure there is actually a mistake in there (if
all that makes sense?) - I knew the Waterloo quote and Balaclava battle,
but Googled the exact dates (honest, the dates were the only thing I got
from outside) - the rest is simply I am a bit of a history and
Shakespeare fiend and have found it easy on this thread to pick holes...

(didn't see that one at first!)

"Up Guards and at 'em" is actually attributed to the Duke of Wellington
at the battle of Waterloo (1815), and certainly not at the battle of
Balaclava (1854) where took place the charge of the "Light Cavalry
Brigade" - not the guards
