Without disagreeing with the rest of Betty's posting (1st, 2nd & 3rd levels 
bien sur....), the only letter writing campaign that has a real chance of 
success is to write to each 3rd division chairman to ask for their support 
to get the points back. With the rider that if they don't publicly push to 
rescind the penalty, we won't go and give them their biggest payday of the 
season.

This obviously would take publicity, organisation and discipline. Sounds 
like a job for LUISA, LUST or even Ray Fell.
