Today again, it feels good to be a Leeds fan. Walking back to the station
listening to grumbling Forrest fans on about Bad Referee decisions, lucky
Leeds etc.

Game started off with Forest pushing hard and Leeds breaking a few times.
Both sets of fans making noise One good point was the pace of the front two
along with Carol as well were making space and getting behind the defence.
One such move had a ball from Carol to Beckford and into Kandol.. Off the
Post 1-0... and silent Forrest fans

We then seemed to slow down a bit, especially in midfield, where a few
reckless challenges and the immobility of Thompson giving away a lot of free
kicks from near the goal. Casper seems to either be brilliant and saves
anything and everything, or a total disaster who cant kick. Thank goodness
for Rui, who seemed o be there when Casper cocked up.

Second Half started frenetically with Forrest pushing hard. They get yet
another free kick and the ball goes in off Thompson, 1-1

Forrest fans were up for the game again and Forrest responded, with most of
the pressure and Leeds left with balls over the top. Man of which would have
created chances if it were not for "Interesting" refereeing decisions such
as giving a free kick when a Forrest player stood on the ball.

As the game wore on with 25 to go, we replaced Pruton with flow and went to
a 4-3-1-2 formation and started to look a bit more dangerous. Forrest
replaced a striker with Nathan Tyson and went to a totally long ball game
that opened up things for Leeds. We replaced Thompson with Howson and a few
mins later Beckford broke through and scored..

2-1 the place went mental. After the game, usual stuff, team hug and
celebrate with the fans.

Overall, fitness told again, we are able to keep up the pace and running for
95 minutes whereas others run outa gas at about 80 mins

No points per player, just a few comments.

Casper, saved us and nearly cost us..

Clapham, unsure about him, he is a left back, but drifts in and leaves to
much space

Fraiser, better game than last week, go forward a lot 1st half, pined back
2nd

Rui, saved us a few times. The Poor Man's Radebe

Heath.. average, nowt good ner bad

Carol.. Looking like a player

Pruton, a bit anxious to please and do his old club, but adequate at this
level

Penguin, had a reasonable game

Thompson, gave a few free kicks away, is slow and ponderous, his arse caused
the deflected goal, but still the most creative player we have. Give him a
bit more protection methinks

Kandol n Beckford. Ran their bollocks off, played for each other, scored
one each, missed a few laughable ones, never gave up. Shearer they aint,
but their determination and running is what we need in this division

Flo, made a difference again...

Wise.. Made the right substitutions at the right time, went for it at the
end and won it even got a chant from the fans...

Fans.. Superb behind the teal 100%
