Terminal cancer sufferer Jane passed away in St Gemma's Hospice in Leeds on Monday evening. Jane, a mother of three from Rothwell in Leeds, touched the hearts of many with her relentless efforts in raising £1.75m for charity during her seven-year fight against the illness.
