Seems to me that the Football League should be taken to the High Court for a gross misconduct of their "justice". Okay, they can make their decisions and appeals can be posted - but those appeals need to be heard and judged by "uninterested" parties and not by the football league clubs of which around 75% are directly concerned with the outcome and the remainder concerned on a "love hate" basis.
Its kind of like a colored guy standing trial when all the jury is all white ( as has happened a lot in the southern states in the US ) . No one can ever get a fair hearing on anything when the people making the decision are totally and completely biased either for or against for any reason. An in dependant body of "non-interest" participants should have been appointed by the FL, as I believe was the case with the incidents which involved the Italian clubs.
