Hi This 15 point crap is getting at me. IMHO there was a 'Managerial malfeasance' that was dealt with crudely. However there are a few points: 1. The forum that made the decision is highly questionable in its composition. 2. The abrogation of right to appeal is vindictive, prejudgemental and highly questionable 3. The fact that is was taken means that FL does not want an appeal
In that case lets have one. But how? I looked through the "Constitution" of the FA. Dear me nothing substantial about supporters at all. But the FL has a stated Customer Charter [which I cannot copy] I think that we can appeal as Supporters that the punishment was arbitrary and unjust. The penalty is contrary to the Charter. A monetary fine would have been more appropriate. It is very much like a mass punishment. Understandable but not defensible. What do you think -- do we have a case? We certainly have a moral one. Is it a nuisance value only? If we got organised with the Clubs covert backing can we do sometjing? Are there any fine legal minds out there? In fact are there any find minds out there at all? Sorry but Monty Python does inspire at the wrong times!
