Hi Lets pay praise where it is deserved. D & G are doing a hell of a lot right. They act quickly and correctly. They seem to have a lot of the kind of knowledge that only true 'pro's and insiders have. They know what they want and man mange well. They have turned an adversity to almost an advantage. They certainly handled the -15 brilliantly. For the first time since Valencia the majority if not all the players are playing 'above themselves' & the net team performance is greater than the sum of the individuals. Considering 'with what' and' in what' they have had to do all this the fact that | can write this at all is even more impressive. The team has not been together all that long. It can only get better. I wonder what will happen tonight. My money is on that we get something. Looking at the style of management we'll will have taken a lot on board after Gillingham. The future looks good.
