FYI I got my stuff delivered, here in the States, with no problem.. As for marketing, I'm sure if those, back home who possess the items start wearing them to matches, people will start asking where they can get them too.
You might also want to contact the media, either officially or clandestinely to report the controversial content of some of the items... If its a slow enough news day they may pick up on it and trace the owners for an interview and hence free advertising. Of course it may, also raise the interest of the scum lawyers once again, too and not to make a purchase.
