Court hearings were set for after the start of the new season. The CVA had not been completed. LUFC2007 apply to the FL for the golden share. As the CVA had not been completed, the FL agreed to the transfer of the golden share from LUFC1919 to LUFC 2007, but inposed a 15 point penalty as this was done under the "exceptional circumstances" rule.
