Leeds will sign winger Sebastian Sorsa on a free transfer from HJK Helsinki on 1 January, reports BBC Radio Leeds. The Finnish 23-year-old is not the only player boss Dennis Wise wants to bring in January as he is also targeting Bolton defender Lubomir Michalik. Wise said: "He has a lot of pace and good ability. We like him so will bring him in to increase competition. "There are three or four players we want to bring in and I mean go and buy them for the long term." Wise will be extra keen to make signings in early January with vice-captain Jonathon Douglas out for three months with a knee injury and Leicester loanee striker Mark De Vries out for a month with a groin injury. Centre back Rui Marques will also miss six games in the new year as he has been called up for Angola's squad for the African Cup of Nations. _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
