......."You're not famous anymore bollocks", it seems that teams are being ever more inventive in finding ways to cash in on our name.
Same sort of mentality as Ambulance chasing 'no-win no-fee injury lawyers' Northampton Town are telling fans to keep hold of their tickets for the match with Leeds - to claim a discount for a future match. All supporters who attend the match at Sixfields on Saturday can claim £5 off a ticket for matches against Gillingham or Crewe if they take their Leeds ticket stub to the box office. The offer is for the game with Gillingham on February 16 or the game with Crewe on March 1. Season-ticket holders can give voucher C from their season-ticket book to somebody else to help that person secure the same discount. _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
