They're in the chart but Anorexia isn't classed quite as "Rock 'N Roll" as choking on your own vomit, a plane crash or a drugs overdose. The lead singer from Chicago is in there for pretending to shoot himself in the head at a party without realising the gun was actually loaded (Now that IS a party pooper!)
