Leeds United have completed the signing of French defender Mansour Assoumani on a month-long contract. The 25-year has joined United after featuring in last night's reserve-team clash with York City at Elland Road. Assoumani, who has played in France and Germany and underwent a trial with Sheffield United last month, is a free agent, allowing him to sign for Leeds outside the transfer window. United have secured international clearance and the defender is expected to be considered for Saturday's clash with MK Dons. _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
