A new manager often gets a couple of good results when he first comes in , the
trick then is to stop the players falling back into their old ways and habits.
For Grayson, it will be really hard to get a victory \ keep a clean sheet on
Friday and also to get a win at Stockport on Sunday and two defeats could
really scupper things for him, for whilst we must look long term we also need
quick results to get up this season on way or another !
How well does Grayson know our team ? Will he have enough time with players
between now and Friday to do anything about our leaky defence ? Will Rui and
Lubo just go back to being the players we expected at this level and sort
themselves out ?
Not impossible to win on Friday with Beckford back.
Lots of questions and we will have to wait for the answers.
If he can get something from those two games the next four are all winnable -
Hereford and Brighton away and Carlisle and Peterboro at home,
Whatever, lets just hope that this time we have got it right and that he has a
long (and therefore successful stint at ER)
Typical Leeds though , Blackpool are talking about taking us to court etc -
15point deduction next season anyone ? - To be honest I am sure it will all be
sorted with a few more quid changing hands
