Off line please

I am investiagting how to set up a Mental Health Service for Adolescents &
Children.
I have the ability to do it for adults.

I was frankly horrified by the UK attempt. It is a mixture of PC and
psychobabble.
Completely unworkable
The New Zealand one is better until itgets into special need of Maoris
I am about to look at the Aussie one..
What I am looking for is plain and simple.
Who are the users
What are their needs
What are the resources planned
What are the priorities
How are anxillary services integrated--- In particular who is the 'Case
Worker' or leader.

Any of you ex-pats able to recommend or comment about your 'native'
services.
If so please let me know.

Regards

Michael
