What a load of miserable pessimistic buggers you really are!
After seeing the game in a Tel Aviv pub with about 25 other whites, including
king of the pessimists Mike the psyche, I am confident we can win at Elland
Road. We were the better all round team except for a 15-20 minute spell at the
beginning of the second half. I'm sure at home we can string more than two
passes together and Beckford and Becchio will have learnt by then how to lay
off a ball without giving it back to Millwall. Sodje was superb at the back.
Having supported Leeds for more than 60 years I know how it's easy to be
naturally pessimistic, it comes with the job. In addition the definition of a
pessimist is an optimist with experience. I am optimistic enough to have
applied for a Wembley ticket, booked a hotel and bought an irrefundable flight
on BA so I'm putting my money where my mouth is!
Forecast: Beckford gets an early goal, Milwall open up after 30 minutes and
Leeds win 3-0. I might be wrong but at least I have hope. Cheer up you miseries.
