Swindon have placed a £2.5m price on his head, allegedly Arsene Wenger has looked at him for Arsenal reserves and Celtic had a bid turned down last week.
Think he is a bit out of our league probably quite literally! -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 26 May 2009 12:00 To: Matt Anderson Cc: 'Chris Briggs'; 'Andy Clayton'; 'stotty'; 'Leeds List' Subject: Re: [LU] beckford off Never seen him play, have not read any reviews or whatever, but purely on goals scored for a struggling side Cox @ Swindon looks like he might be a good replacement? Lambert @ Bristol Rovers might also be for the same reasons, although Bristol Rovers scored lots more goals I think and therefore their gung-ho playing style may be one of the reasons he is up at the top of the scoring charts. Anyone seen much of either of those two? > It's not good though! > www.pilot-supplies.info www.collector-watches.info www.snowy-stuff.info www.sparkly-stuff.info _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
