I always liked this guy
What was the reason he never got back into the game?
Has he a chance of making it in Australia?

Making it in Oz? Robbie Fowler is what we call a Marquee Player over here
(each team is allowed one)
He played about 1 or 2 seasons ago as a guest player??? and showed tons of
class but pace lacking as you would expect. Probably sums up our League over
here as well as inditing Michael who was great for us - I loved his work in
a white shirt!!
Current ex-Leeds players over atm are:
Fowler
Bridges
Burns
Should give you another indication of the standard - still we can all meet
up and have beers before the games without having to learn Croatian, Greek,
Italian or Yid or Maco which was the case 10 year ago....
