It wil be interesting to see what teams SG puts out today and on Tuesday.
Whilst both games are obviously a big distraction from the real business
Grayson does seem to believe in the 'winning team mentatlity' and that winning
breeds confidence etc and therefore I think he will put out a team that he
thinks is capable of winning.
Both games are 'televised' and there are rules in the JPT that means you have
to start with half your regular players so I cannot see him picking a totally
untested team.
The one player I would like to see rested (wrapped in cotton wool) is Beckford
but due to injury to Becchio, suspension to Kandol, and Vokes not being allowed
to play, he is almost forced to play unless Grayson dares go with Grella and
Enoch up front.
He has said that Robinson, Rui and Somma have all had a weeks training and so
are unlikely to be fit enough for today but may get a run on Tuesday.
Not sure whether Crowe is fit and Parker definatley is out for a while longer.
Sheehan is back but given what Grayson has said about him he does not appear to
be in Graysons plans.
Then there are the fringe players like Prutton and Michalik who are getting on
the bench but not the pitch and Kilkenny who does get on the pitch but has not
started for some time.(Gradel is also 'cup tied')
Although both managers will say that today has no bearing on the league game at
Oldham in a few weeks time I am not sure that is always the case.
Then there is the fact that we can win the JPT (trip to Wembley for all) and
not the FA Cup, but we are unlikley to get a big crowd in the JPT other than at
Wembely, whereas a good draw in the 3rd round (if we get there) could see a
packed ER bringing in the cash.

So a lot for Simon to consider and a lot of interest for those of us going to
both matches or even just watching them on PC \ TV
