What I am learning is pretty gratifying as the prat put in his request before ManU:
1.Grayson is a brick by playing him. No one would have guessed at the time. 2. The hug between the two of them at the end was really genuine. This makes me think that he is not going with all his heart. 3. That the leaking served us by realising the best offer will come quickly & getting to the end game rapidly including the replacement. 4. If the right offer does not come in he will play as he has proven that. I think Beckford is an idiot. He is taking an unnecessary gamble--- in fact a lot of them. N'Castle can still go belly up financially. He might not make it there and that is career over. At Leeds he would have matured at his rate along with the team. He is forgoing a lot of 'good will' and acquired tolerance to his technical and personality shortcomings. All this to satisfy the greed of his agent. On the other hand, if he has a twat of an agent and is so influenced by him this was always trouble about to happen. Who will replace him? My money would be to buy Gradel & go on Grella. Maybe loan another up and coming youth from the big teams. Why buy and risk a flop we are well on the way to being up and we can decide if need be in the close season. A risk -- but so is buying the likes of Sharp who flits around too much for someone of that age. It raises a question about attitude.
