I agree re Tommy Smyth......but I am quite impressed with the guy who actually does the commentary....can't remember his name. We, in Canada, get the broadcasts on Fox Sportsworld, so not sure who he originating broadcaster is.
While I'm happy to get some good coverage of top-notch "football" here, I am equally hapy to have the best doing the play-by-play.....that's one thing the English have over the rest.....we know when to speak, when to shut up and let the picture tell the story, and when a goal is scored, it's either brilliant, magnificent or spiffing or something like that.
