Oh, no problem as such with his stance ... just so long as I'm not
expected to yell "Go Andy Go" from the top of a building, or indeed care
what the miserable git does.
How long, and how 'local' do we keep these 'feuds'. Just because they
can't forget Culloden and harp on about Bannockburn (Or is it vice
versa!?) when it's now 2010 I have no idea! I like the Scots, I've an
ancestry that is very strong up there. I like Germans, I find them very
friendly and warm. The fact that my grandad fought against them over 65
years ago isn't an issue. I also haven't had anything but a lovely time in
France and don't give a stuff that Wellington defeated Napolean in
Waterloo in 1815 (Interesting though it is).
Andy Murray said that in 2006 and now expects us to support him. No
thanks! Dr Mike, does that make me weird!?
