I disagree, it is not now or never. We will get promoted sooner or later, but most of us would prefer sooner rather than later. Even without Beckford's goals next season, we will do well, if not very well.
I think SG is very good manager (not great yet), and will pull the guys around when we get out of the FA cup. I do not think this slump has anything to do with the other tinpot cup. I think it has everything to do with the players being distracted and thinking too much about the next big game in the FA Cup, rather than knuckling down and doing the hard graft that is needed to get results in this league. I am concerned now that this includes SG. He needs to be more focussed on what's important. I think we will lose on Saturday, lose again on Tuesday, and then go on to win the league without losing another game. You heard it here first.
