The eyes? testicles? scrotum? gizzards? ears? ... MMMMMMMM Tasty!
Personally, home made Pork, Leek and Apple are gorgeous (If a little
tricky to make!) choice cuts of Pork meat, some with nice fatty bits for
flavour, freshly grown Leeks and Bramley apple with some light seasoning,
half a clove of garlic - Beautiful. As a member of the British Sausage
Appreciation Society (I kid ye not!) I won't touch anything that's less
than 85% meat (Insert Carry on joke here!)
