He ran his bollox off, took a good kicking ('cos Colchester were basically big & dirty and the ref was a shocker) and still kept his cool. He brought other players into the game. A particular highlight involed Lowry taking the ball forward on the break, feeding it through to Beckford who held it up and slipped a great pass through to McSheffrey (who was the most technically gifted player on the pitch today - a great signing) whose rasping shot was saved one handed by their 'keeper. Oh, and he scored two goals.
Obviously he's only looking for a massive contract following a Bosman move.
