I don't think he has stepped up ? I have seen no improvement in his general play at all, if anything I think its getting worse. How many times have you seen those ridiculous chest downs where he just blatantly hand balls and how many times does he squander possession through lack of control or just falling over on his arse.
I think it's just a case that he's actually converting the chances in the 6 yard box that he will inevtibly get at this level. He's been missing them over the last few months. Kandol and Beckford for me for the run-in. ----- Original Message ---- From: Andy Clayton <[email protected]> To: Leeds United E-Mail List <[email protected]> Sent: Wed, 3 March, 2010 19:25:56 Subject: Re: [LU] NOT FAO Rich Walker The officious site reckons it's 5, but I reckon it's 6 myself? Good job he did step up, as Beckford (as predicted) hasn't been at the races. I really hope he can get his heart/head/ego sorted out and deliver on his promise for the rest of season. Will be interesting to see how SG plays it with Kandol & Dickov now available. I see Somma scored a cracker for Lincoln at the weekend, will be good for the squad if he hits a hat full for them and comes back in April to push the others. Still confident that we'll get an automatic place. cheers, Andy C On 3 March 2010 17:18, Richard Walker <[email protected]> wrote: > 3 goals in the month , can't argue with that.
