I don't think Harte has to take all the blame for that. I seem to recall there was a terrible penalty given against us when the ball travelled about 2 feet off a player's boot and touched Danny Mills' hand. Exactly the same incident happened with a Liverpool defender the week after and of course no pen was given............and indeed I have seen the same thing happen 137 times since (yes, I am counting!) without a pen being given. Can't remember who the ref was............Christos Michas, Michel Kidabdjian...........?
