The potential irony here is that the anonymous owners / fit and proper persons test debacle is largely in the news because of its failure to uncover the fact that the owner doesnt actually have any money/assets (Notts Co / Pompey). Whereas in Leeds' case it is because the owner doesnt want people (taxman) knowing how much money/assets he really does have.
