and Kandol wasn't even on the bench !! What's the point of having Gradel and Dickov. Perhaps the idea was that we should play through Southampton on the deck, thus Dickov and Gradel. Once the players are on the field they are perhaps, for whatever reason, doing their own thing rather than what was the plan. Not that I'm disagreeing with you mind. I just don't see the point of signing Dickov at all and Gradel just doesn't seem to be doing the things he did when we had him on loan since we signed him permanently. I've always quite liked Kandol. Although he's a limited footballer I've never thought he was quite as bad as he was made out to be and for my money, even though Becchio has weighed in with a few goals of late, he'd be a better bet than Becchio at this stage of the season.
